Pranpur Village, Chanderi is a weaving village with every house having a loom ! We visited on Nov 9th and ofcourse I bought a few sarees.
Bought a beautiful Chanderi Silk Cotton handwoven saree yesterday …. didn’t waste a minute and wore it today :). Saree addict after all.
For celebrating the National Handloom Day and my friend Enakshi’s birthday, I wore a red Kanchi Silk saree with checks from Gopinath’s looms.
