My Saree Today – Bindu’s Blue
I wore the beautiful blue Kanchi silk saree today. This is woven by Gopinath’s team and I call it Bindu’s blue ! It’s butter soft and a pleasure to wear.

I finally got the silk durbarpet that I have been wanting ever since I bought the cotton durbarpet saree. Thank you Gopinath for recreating this in silk.
For celebrating the National Handloom Day and my friend Enakshi’s birthday, I wore a red Kanchi Silk saree with checks from Gopinath’s looms.
