A Quick Trip to Rudrapur
We did a quick trip to Rudrapur for ShikshaDaan’s work. The roads are really nice and it’s a pleasure to drive. Some interesting experiences.

We were thrilled to see the humble Koozh on the breakfast menu at J C Residency. This nutritious and tasty breakfast has slowly disappeared from Tamilian homes.
Continuing our attempts to add more vegetables to our regular food – I made “cutlet” dosas. Flashed (an OPOS technique) corn, green chana and green peas and poured some dosa batter.
