Paasuram #19 is very nuanced. We have to find many ways to reach our goal. Especially when the goal is for the universal good, means don’t matter much.
This Paasuram seems to be proving the proverb, “show me your friends and I will tell you who you are”. Surround yourself with friends and co-workers who help you succeed.
Thirupaavai Paasuram #3 is about how Mahavishnu grants all round prosperity to his devotees. There is reference to the Vamana Avatar as well.
The second paasuram in the 30 songs of Thirupaavai speaks of the do’s and don’ts during the month of Margazhi.
The 30 paasurams known as Thirupaavai are written by Andal and they are sung during the month of Margazhi. Enjoy the first song.
Thirupaavai Paasuram #30, marks the conclusion of the Margazhi Nonbu. The 30 Paasurams share deep concepts for spiritual growth and attaining Moksha in simple songs. Reciting them with Bhakti is a sure shot way to reach Krishna.
In Paasuram #29, Andal is asking Krishna to remove their longing for everything else and leave them with just his devotion. As Osho says, transformation of desires. Sarvam Krishnamayam Jagat 🙏🏿
Bhagwan Krishna doesn’t look at how well you do the rituals, he only looks at the depth of your devotion and surrender – Paasuram #28 shares this important message !!
Material wealth enables the spiritual quest… that’s the simple message in Paasuram #27, and that’s why Andal asks Krishna for material wealth too !!!
