Thirupaavai Paasuram #26
Just as the Panchajanya, is Bhagwan Krishna’s identifier, our strengths are our identifiers ! We need to lead using our strengths.
This blog is our space to write about our thoughts, views and notes about our travels. Osho owned 90 Rolls Royces while being a Sanyasi …. The so-felt contradiction is very fascinating and hence the name !
Sharing our experiences and insights from the corporate world ! Between Krishnan and I, we have 55+ years of corporate experience.
Just as the Panchajanya, is Bhagwan Krishna’s identifier, our strengths are our identifiers ! We need to lead using our strengths.
Bhagwan Krishna’s life is an example of living upto our potential despite all the curve balls life throws at us. Adversity helps you rise … remember the kite soars against the wind !!!
The advent of UPI has spelt disaster for the Candy makers ! The unintended consequence is better teeth for everyone 🤣
Bhagwan Krishna’s anugraha (grace) ensures that all our past Karma is wiped out and we get Moksha…At work that translates to choosing the right time to seek approval 🙂.
Thirupaavai Paasuram #21 is the essence of Hinduism – fear doesn’t work in your relationship with God, only love works. It’s the same at work – fear creates a toxic work environment.
In Paasuram #20 Andal speaks about Krishna’s greatness and how he meets his devotees halfway… its also about putting in the hard work and not just hoping success would find you !
Paasuram #19 is very nuanced. We have to find many ways to reach our goal. Especially when the goal is for the universal good, means don’t matter much.
Thirupaavai Paasuram #18 is all about women empowerment. My new insight is, this is about being a sponsor for Women rather than just “talk” about empowerment !
Happy New Year. This Julian year starts with Paasuram #17 in which Andal talks about how ego doesn’t help in one’s spiritual growth. At work too, ego doesn’t help with team building.
In Paasuram #16 Andal teaches us about the power of words and how we should use them judiciously ! It’s also about accepting cognitive diversity.
