We visited the Brihadeeswara Temple at Thanjavur on Dec 29, 2022 along with our dear friends Sanjay and Seema Drabu. What a magnificent temple Raja Raja Chola has built ! We were left speechless.

On Dec 25th we visited the samadhi of the great emperor Raja Raja Chola aka Ponniyin Selvan near Kumbakonam. Very sad to see him lie beneath an asbestos roofed shed 🙁
