Paasuram #30, marks the conclusion of the Margazhi Nonbu. There are deep concepts for spiritual growth in these simple songs. They also offer several insights for leading a happy life and being effective at work.
Paasuram #29, is all about transformation of desires. Change at work also is slow, needs regular communication and incremental steps.
Bhagwan Krishna doesn’t worry about the rituals, he only looks at the depth of your devotion and surrender. In organisations, the norms matter more than the stated culture or values !!
Material wealth enables the spiritual quest… and that’s why Andal asks Krishna for material wealth too !!! Remember a rich country is respected, a poor country is exploited.
In Paasuram #24 Andal shares a few stories from the dashavatars that help a devotee to further their spiritual quest. Story Telling at work helps with employee engagement.
Paasuram #23 is about pursuing lofty goals that help the community and not be stuck with our small personal gains. Just as you should ask for Moksha from Bhagwan, set lofty goals.
Bhagwan Krishna’s anugraha (grace) ensures that all our past Karma is wiped out and we get Moksha…At work that translates to choosing the right time to seek approval 🙂.

In Paasuram #20 Andal speaks about Krishna’s greatness and how he meets his devotees halfway… its also about putting in the hard work and not just hoping success would find you !
Thirupaavai Paasuram #18 is all about women empowerment. My new insight is, this is about being a sponsor for Women rather than just “talk” about empowerment !
