Don’t Exit the Dragon …… Fruit !!

I had ordered the Dragon Fruit on Farmer Uncle sometime back but the delivery was delayed due to the Chinese virus. Yesterday we received the Dragon Fruit finally and I couldn’t resist cutting one up immediately. These are grown in Kerala and are delicious.

The first time that I ever ate the Dragon Fruit was at Taj Banjara Hills during a Nasscom meeting that Kashiana, Sanjay and I attended in 2011. I didn’t know what fruit this was and Sanjay told me its Dragon Fruit and that I should try it. That fruit had white flesh unlike this one which has a dark pink (beetroot colour) colour flesh. We ate a lot of Dragon Fruit in Cambodia and then in Laos. I have never bought the Dragon Fruit in India till Farmer Uncle sourced them from Kerala.
