Maybe we should all remain masked as we speak our minds :):). Is this why all superheroes are masked?
Brutal ! but probably fits so many leaders … I learnt early in life that feedback is a gift. We say “thank you” and accept it. Evaluate in private if its true and then make amends. If its not true, let it go. Never defend or push back when given feedback. Also never take it as truth, because sometimes feedback is spiteful and is given with the idea of breaking your spirit. Say thank you still because the person giving feedback showed you their true face, and move on. Just like the next one –
We would have no start-ups if we listened to this particular feedback from Dogbert !!! So keep your optimism and enthusiasm high like Asok.
And one of my all time favourites on Multitasking –
So focus on the work at hand, and do a great job. Multitasking is a hoax. Don’t fall for it :).
