Ever since the General Election dates have been announced, I have been meaning to write about the reasons why we need to vote for Mr. Modi. The central government under Mr. Modi’s leadership has been the best one to run Bharat since Independence. For all the rose tinted glasses one wears while remembering the first PM of India, Mr. Nehru, the man with the rose-on-the-lapel, falls really short :(.
Mr. Nehru blundered his way through his tenure, his daughter Mrs. Gandhi sputtered her way through her tenure save a few bright moments, his grandson Mr. Gandhi wondered his way through his tenure, and finally his grand daughter-in-law nearly sundered the country on every line possible. Then we got to Celebrate our second Independence Day on May 16, 2014 when Mr. Modi took oath as Prime Minister of India.
At the recent Times Now Summit, adman Suhel Seth spoke about Brand Modi for 11 minutes. It’s probably one of the best descriptions of what Modiji has managed to deliver in these 10 years and why we need to vote him back to power. Do listen. Even if you are not a Modi fan but are a patriot who loves Bharat.
