The first ride of 2012 was yesterday .. Felt so great to be back on the saddle and also it’s so easy to just not ride !!! Yesterday was the CRPF training camp and CRPF had setup a training camp, one of the few times that we have seen the place being used. Met Deep Kumar for the first time, a Tamilian whose grandfather moved to UP so the name is North Indian, but he and his children speak Tamil.
Today’s ride was to the beautiful Manger trail through the Bandhwari village and then back through the CRPF camp. The stretch inside Manger is so beautiful and so quiet…. Saw three Neelgai’s today, closer to the ramp. The beautiful winter sun and the yellow mustard fields – the world without concrete !
