November is a special month …. One friend made his way out of the hole by meeting us a couple of days back, another called after ten years, my soul sister’s anniversary, I got a farewell while staying with the same organization, and we will be moving out of our house on the same day that we moved in ten years ago, and today I heard my best friend’s daughter got placed in Infosys through campus placement !
It is also the month twelve years back, we lost Krishnan’s dad … A truly great soul. Today Shiv Sena’s chief passed away !! Another great man in his own way – I liked his fearlessly speaking his mind, but nothing else 🙁
Twelve months back, I filled in the ISB application form for the PGPMax program and this month, this year am doing the homework for Term 3 !! Life does go by really fast and if we don’t wait to smell the roses along the way, we miss having fun while we run.
This year seems to have gone by in a blink – it feels like just the day before yesterday we were in Mumbai for Vikesh’s wedding and then yesterday we setup Shikshadaan and in the evening I was at the ISB campus for the orientation, and today am taking on a new role and tomorrow we move to another city …. And the year is gone !!
